Objectives: To understand that adipose stem cell exosome (ASCE) can be a paradigm shift in regenerative aesthetics & therapeutics. know ASCE make scalp rejuvenation and hair loss prevention. Introduction: Exosomes are nano-sized (30 – 200 nm diameter) lipid bilayered vesicles secreted by most types. Adipose Stem Cell-derived emerging as promising cell-free therapy for the treatment of rejuvenation. have been tested forin vitro, vivo, clinical studies to prove its efficacy loss. Materials / method: 1. ASC-Exosomes were isolated from serum-free conditioned media sequential filtration characterized recommended International Society Extracellular Vesicles (ISEV). 2. The effects ASC-exosomes demonstrated variety against dermal papilla cells human follicles, order show longer hairs better bulb shape. 3. In our study, 29 subjects treated with microneedling procedure topical 6 months. Results: could reduce level cellular aging UVB irradiation vitro. effectively increase length thickness derived ex vivohuman follicles 8 days, which was superior minoxidil. Our microneedling-based study showed 9 more counts per 1cm2, baseline 180 189 after months 10 sessions. formulation strong improvement cases androgenic alopecia areata. Conclusion: may serve next generation technology terms regeneration anti-inflammation hair.
